1. Project Cancellation

Before Work Begins

If a client cancels a service before any work has started, they may be eligible for a full refund.

After Work Has Started

If the project has already begun, a partial refund may be issued depending on the progress of the work and resources used.


2. Service Delivery Concerns

If Vidzorra is unable to deliver the agreed services according to the project scope or timeline (excluding delays caused by the client), the client may request a refund.

Approved refunds will typically reflect the portion of services that remain incomplete.


3. Issues With Deliverables

If a client is dissatisfied with the delivered work, they must notify Vidzorra within 7 days of receiving the deliverables.

Our team will first attempt to resolve the issue through revisions or improvements. If the issue cannot be resolved reasonably, a partial refund may be considered.


4. Technical Problems

If technical problems arise due to our development work and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe, Vidzorra may issue a refund for the affected portion of the service.

Issues caused by third-party services or external software may not qualify for refunds.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after work has started
  • Delays caused by the client, including missing materials or approvals
  • Completed projects that have been delivered and accepted
  • Services that have already been fully provided
  • Third-party costs such as domain registration, hosting, plugins, themes, or software licenses

These expenses are non-recoverable once purchased.


6. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, clients should:
